Returns & The 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Under European Union law, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to ensure health and safety:

Sealed for Quality: Items can only be returned if they are completely unopened and the original security seal remains intact.

Hygiene Exception: For health protection and hygiene reasons, any product where the seal has been broken after delivery is exempt from the right of return. This applies to all our powders, supplements, and food-related items.

Original State: To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a sealed product, please contact us at info@zuut-health.com. 
Once we verify your request, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Items sent back without prior contact will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Quality is our promise. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@zuut-health.com. We will prioritize your case to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to ensure the seal is intact. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
